Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Interview data: When you use our interview simulator we collect your typed or transcribed spoken responses for the purpose of generating AI feedback. Voice input is processed in real time and converted to text — we do not store raw audio recordings.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the app including sessions completed, scores, and progress data to provide our service.
Device and log data: We may collect your IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Ace The Board service
- Generate AI-powered interview feedback
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send account-related emails (confirmation, password reset)
- Send product update emails and onboarding tips after you sign up — you can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Supabase — for database and authentication services
- Anthropic — your interview responses are processed by Anthropic's AI to generate feedback
- ElevenLabs — interview question text is sent to ElevenLabs to generate voice audio
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at acetheboardpro@gmail.com.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
Ace The Board is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
